"B-Roll: The Salad"

Inspired by Daniel Schiffer's 30 seconds B-Roll challenge, my favorite production crew, A Visual Art, put together a B-Roll with a simple dish: The Ultimate Summer Salad. It took us more than 4 hours to make it take all the footage needed and eat it. And the salad looked chique!

Helping with Producing and Directing the FMP for Alina's Master at Bournemouth University was especially challenging, thanks to the lack of media production background of the cast & crew. So I was the only technical person on set, to take care of the camera position, lighting, actors, camera angles (etc). The movie is still in the process of post-production and VFX work.

"Agile Interior Design"

Working with an Architect and a talented Interior Designer was a great pleasure: from researching the basics of architecture and industrial structure, for creating the script, to developing a strong bond between visual and the story's narrative. The footage of the "before" renovation looked gorgeous and will be displayed on the Agile Interior Design's website when the house will be ready for the grand opening.

Making the Colour Grade for this music video was a pleasure. I was contacted by a University friend who filmed the video and I was keen to be part of its final touches. Done in one night, "A thousand little dreams" has amazing visuals and a lovely story behind it.

One of the most challenging processes of grading was shot matching the footage from a Panasonic GH5 with a Sony AIII. It was a documentary about a war veteran, and so he should've been put in the best light possible, to reflect both his efforts for the country and his personality.

"Innocent Desires"

The short dark-fairytale was my FMP for University, which took me more than 9 months to complete, from developing the idea of the script to editing and publishing it. After many weeks of work with the actors and the crew, and countless nights of editing/grading, Innocent Desires was a success, winning no less than 5 official selection to International Film Festivals (for best short narrative, best cinematography, best student film), and was broadcasted on LIMPA.tv
